Services: Logo vectorization, illustrative images, and 1-2 page technical drawings.

Prices:
The price of vectorization is shown on the service product page, excluding VAT. Illustrative images and technical drawings are priced based on quotes, as the workload varies. Prices range from 200 to 1200€, but a separate contract will always be made via email.

Payment Options:
Paypal / Card payment. Orders can also be placed by email at usva@frogonfly.fi, in which case invoicing, reminders, and any collection are handled by Certum Oy.

Delivery:
The service provider will deliver the files to the customer via email. If the files are too large, they will be delivered via a download link through the WeTransfer service. Vectorizations will be delivered within one business day, and illustrative images/technical drawings within three business days.

Responsibilities:
The seller is responsible for ensuring the product’s condition and quality, as well as ensuring that the product meets the agreed specifications and purposes. If the product is lost for any reason, the customer can contact the service provider, and the product’s download link will be sent again free of charge.

Disputes:
Any disputes will be attempted to be resolved through negotiations between the parties. If negotiations do not result in an agreement, Finnish law will apply to dispute matters, and disputes will be handled in court.

Other Terms:
This agreement is governed by Finnish law.
